• Not receiving Bone Chill Winter items after completing trial

  Lately, I've been dealing with an issue that hasn't been discussed anywhere else to my knowledge. Playing both killer and survivor I have been entirely unable to receive any of the exclusive rewards from the winter event. Every time that I've hit a survivor out of a snowman, or been hit out of snowman myself, I don't get any notification at the end screen showing that I unlocked anything. Despit
