• Is it bug or not? Nurse get blinded by flash light while performing blink and cannot blink anymore

One of the streamer found out that nurse cannot blink while they are blinded. And he also found out that nurse got blinded by flash light easily. It doesn't matter where it aims. When the streamer aimed at the body, it blinded the nurse and nurse couldn't blink anymore. Is it bug or intended?
