• P3 blood web confusion

  Hello- I've recently been trying to unlock sefcare in the web for my prestige 3 Quentin. He's at max level, so I've just been eating through web after web waiting for self care (which I bought in the shrine). The problem that I've run into is that I've had two webs in a row pop up with /no perks/. Is that normal? I don't think I've ever encountered a perkless web. Maybe there was an issue with me
