• Why change Decisive Strike?

  I really wish that they would fix decisive strike, putting it back the way it was. It's so much harder for me to use like this and it's one of the only perks I've come to love, especially since it's a perk from my main. I don't know if anyone else feels the same and if you feel differently, could you explain why? Also, why did they change it in the first place? I don't really get it since it seem
