  The title is a rhetorical question but heres the scenario that made these survivors so upset. I was using Plague, with make your choice, there was an unhook that activated it so i was at least 4 meters from the hook. I go back to the hook to look for scratch marks or any sign of the exposed survivor. i had nothing that made me undetectable so my terror radius was 32 meters yet i find them heali
