  they could add a trophy to dbd called Insinuation. This trophey would be obtained by sacrificing a survivor in order to kill the killer. The way this would work is all 4 survivors go into a game and they all have to collect fragments of the trap door. But instead of this being a normal trapdoor this would lead to the entity realm.
