• Vigil Being Able to Reduce Exposed Effect From Make Your Choice

  Quentin's perks are not viable in every situation. While Vigil is useful in survivor builds that have perks causing Exhaustion, mainly Sprint Burst, Lithe, or Dead Hard, some people are afraid of it not being useful enough and like his other perks they do not want a perk slot wasted.
