I believe Surge should also apply other "damage generator" effects from perks like Overcharge, Pop, and Oppression.   Hi everybody. I've been playing a lot of killer recently and I just love bming by hitting survivors on the hook. So that's why I was thrilled when I realized nurse has an actual, practical reason for hitting hooked survivors. I call this the "######### tech" Basically, as a nurse, if you blink close to somebody on a hook, give 'em a wack. You enter fatigue immediately rather than having to wait
