• Is this a bug that I should go to technical support or did I do something wrong?

  So I was playing dead by daylight only last night and when I logged on today my Nancy and Kate seem to have unleveled; Nancy was level 41 and Kate was level 26 when i logged off. and when I logged on today they both went back down to 36 and 15. Also, my rank went from 6 with 2 lines last night, to 7 with no lines today. Strangely, my Auric cells, Iridescent shards, Bloodpoints, outfits that were
