  Platform: PC Description: I have had issues for the past few days (I think it started at the rank reset on the 13th) where my movements are all stuttered and sometimes random. It did so while playing different killers (i.e., Spirit, Freddy and Pyramid). It's at a point where I'm missing hits and wasting some juice when I'm phasing as Spirit.
