• Killer perk buffs?

  So playing both survivor and killer on xbox I've noticed that most killers including myself will use a certain range of perks that have been deemed "meta" or "crutch" #NOED. The buffs to "Spies from the Shadows" and "Surveillance" have been great perk buffs(Just a side note, Spies is a great tracking perk and use it before people start catching on and run calm spirt).Then I was thinking what are s
