  With the last patch, I had a bug that doesn't allow me to vault windows, most of the time. Once or twice if I run in a straight line it works. But if I'm in a loop with the killer and approach the window from any other angle, I can't vault the window. NO Fast, Medium or Slow Vault. Sometimes if I spam the action button, she makes a slow vault. I tried to change the SPACE action key to an extra bu
