  Platform: PC Survivors can be permanantly broken due to Legion's pin add-ons if a survivor is already affected by broken status (specifically Steve's "Second Wind" perk. Unsure if this affects other survivor perks) I was unhooked, and second wind had activated, so i was in the broken status. Legion used his feral frenzy, attacked me and stacked the broken status.
