  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can't log in since the ninth anniversary event and I only get the error code 8001. I was already sent from dbd support to xbox support and back again. PLATFORM: Xbox Series S STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I wanted to log in and then the error code came up after the update from the ninth anniversary and nobody helped me, not even the technical staf

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Error code 8001 PLATFORM: Xbox Series S STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I wanted to start the game and then the error code screen came up and I can't get in VIDEO: PLAYER LOGS: Player logs are required from PC players only.
