  I am playing on pc through the windows store I'm from north America Haven't been able to buy Decisive since February I bought Decisive strike in February. I play Claudette and have her max prestige, previous to buying decisive strike though the shrine of secrets I had all the perks. I've spent millions of blood points on resetting the blood web multiple times over the last few months it still

  I'm on pc I have had a max prestige character for months now. I buy perks out of the shrine of secrets with iridescent shards and they dont appear on my blood web even after the blood web resets. hasn't been fixed in months.
