  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: while fully in a locker, an Onryo teleported and I gained the final stack of condemn. I was under the impression that this prevented stacks of condemned. Unsure if it is a bug or change in recent patch.   The Oblivious status effect from the Brown Noise Generator Add On for Skull Merchant is unaffected by Vigil. Step 1: Equip Vigil as perk for any survivor Step 2: Step into the Area of Effect for Skull Merchant drone with Brown Noise Generator Oblivious Add On Step 3: Leave the Area of Effect Step 4: Notice that Oblivious status effect lingers for 15 seconds instead of 11.5 seconds
