• Spasmodic Breath keeps carry speed at 4.6 m/s.

  I'm on PC, if it matters. Spasmodic breath addon for nurse that raises movement speed to 4.6 after a blink attack for 60 seconds keeps your movement speed at 4.6 even if you pick up a survivor. This stacks with agitation to make your movement speed a little over 5.4, which is really fast. To reproduce: Equip spasmodic breath. Hit a survivor with a blink attack, then pick up a survivor.
