  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Wesker's power grabs survivors and keeps them on his shoulder, there is no wiggle bar, drop options, and the killer can not be stunned or blinded out of the carry, and Wesker is forced to move at carrying movement speed, cannot get bloodlust, and cannot use his power.
