  Platform: any Description of the issue: currently, Potential Energy stack gain can be sped up with toolboxes without losing any toolbox charges in the process. Through this exploit a gen can be finished up to 20 seconds faster than normal, by just stacking Potential Energy and using all stacks into the gen you are working on.
