  Step 1 : Boot the game Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match Step 3 : In-game, survivor is hooked on the central hook in the middle of the map Step 4 : Unable to unhook the survivor, the character trying to unhook freezes in place for 5 seconds, unhook progress meter doesn’t fill.
