• Syncing bug ( Help needed please)

  Hi, im having a problem with syncing my account from epic games to xbox. It will let me onto the game and press A to start gets me to the Loading profile screen then keeps kicking me off the game, ove tried this on 2 console, ive tried restarting my xbox, changing WiFi, clearing cashe, can anyone help me at all as it says they are synced but my account is not working.
