On ps4 I reached 5000 iridescent shards. I played 4 more matches getting rank +0 and +1 and haven't gotten any more shards

• Rank reset bug

  Henruking2001 in Bug Reporting June 14, 2020

Today was the rank reset on ps4. Before I was rank 7 and the reset didn't change it. I played a few matches and got down to rank 6. I turn the game off for a few hours and when I came back to it I was at rank 9. Is this happening to anyone else?
