Hillbilly is bugged

HEX_I_WILL_LOSE in Bug Reporting May 1, 2020

Yesterday I played some Hillbilly and he feels very, very weird. Everytime I end my chainsaw sprint the chainsaw was coming from my head. And overall he feels very strange to play. (Playing on PC)
