  This is clearly indicated by the Devs aiming for a 60% Kill rate. So anyone with can "win" as Killer with a mediocre amount of effort. In fact the Killer role has to be easier in most cases or it would feel so bad that most people wouldn't continue to play. This is obvious when anything negatively affects Killers because the community loses their marbles over it. Can a good team with coordinatio
