• PC - Sometimes when downed can not recover, be healed or be picked up by killer

  Seems like a new bug where occasionally but not every time, when you are downed and put in the dying state, it glitches out and you can not recover, be picked up by killer or be healed by a fellow survivor The "recover" prompt and bar completely vanishes as seen in the attached screenshot, and also in the attached video is a clip from when it happened showing how the killer seemed to be unable
