  Ever since this morning, Ive noticed that Brutal strength seems to be behaving oddly for me. The animation still seems faster but my character seems to be stuck in motionless at the end for a half second or so. The end result seems to be, that despite the perk I am not actually breaking pallets any quicker. Is anyone else seeing something similar, On PC and it happened as Myers and trapper, i
