  There should be some sort of extra bonus that can help people specialize their builds in the game so the feeling of the game is less generic meta build. For example a bonus that gives minor boosts like healing profession +.25% per a boost slot or maybe something that helps exhaustion etc for survivors and for the killers attack speed boosts or blindness duration decreases per rune depending what
