• Clown buff idea (New usable ability to work with his current ability)

  Had this as an idea for a clown buff with a little thought into it (not sure if OP), tell me what you think or changes that you suggest to be made. TLDR Clown given 2nd ability that is a 60 second cooldown bottle with 1 or 2 second windup that he can throw into his slowdown cloud which causes the slowdown cloud to explode that takes one health state from any survivors within the the cloud
