• Can't get Second Wind on my characters -

  Hi, I am usually playing Feng and I always play Second wind. I just reached prestige 100 and went to start leveling Kate, but what a surprise I got when I realised that my bloodweb does not contain Second Wind. I checked on Reddit and the community says that because Steve was modified, then I would have to prestige him. Problem being, I DON'T HAVE STEVE. I unlocked the perks via Shrine Of Se
