• Decisive Strike's Obsession Chance?

  So I'm very new to the forums and I'm not 100% sure I'm even doing this correctly or putting it in the right spot,, but I had a game where I was playing the doctor and I don't run any obsession perks. No one was my obsession but I still got d-striked? I wasn't sure if this was a bug so I didn't file a report, but is this a thing that happens? Hidden decisive strikes? I didn't check to see i
