I bought the $8.99 pack of Auric Cells 3 times (twice in DBD store then once in the XBox store when the DBD store said purchase failed both times). I was charged $26.97 but never received any of what I bought. I contacted support and was told to wait 24 hours. I waited then sent them the screenshots and info they wanted. I've now waited another 24 hours and I have gotten no response from custome
