  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If a cenobite attempts to use his 'summons of pain' while a survivor is opening a void crystal smoke bubble, the "blinded" effect (blue fog and crosshair) stays on the killer's screen even when outside of the fog & after it ends, only removed by using 'summons of pain' again PLATFORM: PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Create summons of pain chain

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Teleporting to the box causes getting stuck PLATFORM: PC STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When teleporting to a person standing near the bottom portal that is currently solving the box (not the one that starts on the back of the tower), there is a chance for Cenobite to get stuck ontop of the window near it VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wehuP
