  This player, has been seen by 3 other people. Using constant infant exhaustion perks during chase. I could never physically catch them and hook them. • My tome Challenges are glitched!!!

  I currently Play on PC and today when I went to complete some of the new Tomes challenges I figured out that they are entirely glitched out. I've done quite a few challenges and didn't get my rewards for my shards or Blood points. The challenges are all glitched.
