  So I came back to this game after playing it back in 2016 to find all my progress gone, nothing to show for the few hundred hours spent in 2016 - so I did some searching and I saw they made a post about getting progress back that you lost if you submit a ticket, so I submitted a ticket and they gave me enough bloodpoints to get roughly back where I was, and re-prestiged the characters I had prest
