  Platform: PC/Steam Description: Just finished facing a hag on Father Campbell's Chapel. During the match I crouched up to a trap near an entrance to shack. Just after beginning the wipe away animation, the interaction was briefly canceled and the game stuttered. I was still holding crouch, but the prompt to wipe away was gone, and the Hag teleported to the trap as though I had done something
