• PC - Twins Recall: replicable bug when unhooking survivors

  I discovered this bug in a live game, then went on to replicate it in custom games with another player. I am easily able to replicate this bug by unhooking a survivor, and during the animation if you are hit by Victor he is able to be recalled within ~3-5 seconds or so. Unsure if this is identical to the already known Twins recall bug. Step 1 - Down a survivor, hook them, then switch to Victo
