  Doughnut99 in Bug Reporting January 14, 2023

Platform PC Steam ID: 76561198148695487 I bought a few perks from the Shrine back when teachables were unlocked in bloodwebs. I'm only realizing now that these perks don't show up on all characters. Lithe shows up on all the original characters except Meg, and Dwight perks.PNG Zar perks.PNG Decisive Strike shows up on Nea, Bill, David, and Claud
