• What killer's perks work best with their power?

So I was wondering, what killer and their related teachables have the most synergy with their power AND other teachables from that killer. I was thinking maybe Hillbilly, enduring is good for making survivors drop pallets and tinkerer works well because he can cross the map quickly. What do you all think?
