Dienvi in Bug Reporting November 2, 2022

Hi all, as the title/topic says. I cannot receive the collab cosmetics of PUGB x DBD. I have restarted the game, reinstalled, etc. I will be attaching my dwight's full wardrobe and the error redeem message when I try to redeem "WINNERWINNER" before and after. Please I just want this cosmetic... I play on PC -> Steam pretty beefy PC and very good internet. dwightwardrobe1.PNG
