  What is going on lately with their past and current updates? Where is the promised quality of life? You promised to do that this year but there is not a single QoL from my recollection. The rift pass is absolutely awful too. Look how they massacred the Dredge ghost skin. The free pass barely has anything other than bloodpoints and maybe 3 skins.
