• Auric Cells Not Showing and No Response from Support

  Hi All, I am at abit of a loss, I got myself 6k worth of Auric Cells via steam nearly 4 weeks ago. I am getting no response from anyone in the support team, the chat bot doesn't work. Is anyone aware of away I can escalate this issue? Steam wont do anything as they see the transaction complete so I have to go via BHVR but no one will help :-/ Thanks in advance, Dan!
