  why am i still losing pips when i get past black check mark its really annoying im trying to get rank up but the game keeps stealing my progress aaarrrggghh!

  Im constantly losing pips, if someone disconnects during loading i lose pip,when i turned off game after spending points on web then came back on later id lost a pip, when i get past safety black mark i lose a pip, when i earn a pip i dont get one wth is going on FIX your broken game quick or im uninstalling 4eva and im sure im not alone in this!!!
