• Nintendo Switch Cross Play

Hellooo, Is there any actual concrete info on when cross play will be re-enabled for Switch users? I have looked all over but from what i can see there is no real answer other than February. My partner specifically bought the switch version and Nintendo online just for this on the premise of cross play being available and so far its been a waste of money and gathering digital dust :(
