  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I went to hit a survivor that was unhooking another survivor, the hatchet ended up hitting both survivors at once PLATFORM: Steam STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Throw hatchet at the survivor unhooking, then both got hit. • Madness visual effects when facing doctor

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When facing the Doctor, the visual effects have changed when you have madness. This was not mentioned in patch notes and seems to be reverted to a way similarly to how it was before it got adjusted for accessibility reasons. The static now takes up more of the screen and it pulsates/ flickers very often. This causes issues for those who have seizures, are photosensitive
