• Rank reset for both survivor and killer

  Playing on Xbox SX. I was rank 3 (red lll) for survivor and gold IV for killer.. logged in and both are ash IV. (Not the 13th it's the 2nd, no reward) I worked my rear end off. What can be done? Anything? Edit.. never mind. After I played a match the rank came back.
