  Step 1 : Go to the main building in Disturbed Ward Step 2 : Try to walk up the stairs Step 3 : Movement becomes laggy and slow, like tying to walk up stairs without picking up feet. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Dwight Fairfield Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike, Balanced Landing, Kindred Crotus Prenn Asylum - Disturbed Ward Happened once. Was unable to replicate in a custom match.
