• Nea and Spine Chill?

BuffySummers in General Discussions April 13, 2021

I was just wondering why wasn’t Spine Chill one of Nea’s unique perks? It suits her better than Streetwise does. All of her perks reference her cat-like agility and it just seems like it’s meant to be for her, so was this a last minute switch? She even has a t-shirt with the Spine Chill cat on it. What kind of conspiracy is this BHVR? We (and by we, I mean me) DEMAND answers!
