  I recently unlocked Pop goes the Weasel from the last shrine of secrets. Now I also got Devour Hope from the current shrine of secrets. I leveled up Freddy until I only have three perks showing in my blood web at level 50. I have not had Pop goes the Weasel appear including in my current blood web.
