  In the PTB i believe there were bugs involving Pyramid Head using a mori on survivors who are currently caged. Last game I got adrenaline activated while caged, soul gaurd activated (while still caged), and when I was rescued, I came out injured with no haste. Conclusion: while caged, survivors are technically in the 'dying' state Can anyone else confirm or deny? This seems like something that
