  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using Potential Energy and gaining stacks if you hit a skill check the perk stops receiving stacks, to fix this you simply need to get off the Gen and get back on. PLATFORM: Xbox STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Simply just hitting a skill check triggers this bug
